Meet The Team
Lawrence Ladowski, DDS, MS
Dr. Lawrence Ladowski is a different kind of dentist.
Dr. Ladowski has worked, along with his daughter, Dr. Danielle Tomlinson, to create a unique dental practice that combines state-of the art dental care with a relaxed atmosphere that will make you and your family more comfortable than you ever thought possible.
Dr. Ladowski earned his doctorate from the University of Washington School of Dentistry and each year continues to study advanced family and cosmetic dental techniques. But despite his clinical accolades Dr. Ladowski, does something all to rare in today’s rushed world . . . he listens and gets to know each patient one on one.
He and his wife, Jamie, have been married 32 years and have three children.
Dr. Ladowski is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the Pierce County Dental Society and the Better Business Bureau.
Danielle Tomlinson, DDS
If you are looking for a fantastic dental experience, look no further than Dr. Danielle Tomlinson!
Dr. Tomlinson has a gentle, friendly style, and the unique ability to help every patient feel completely at ease while making informed decisions regarding their dental health. Along with her father, Dr. Lawrence Ladowski, she has helped make Federal Way Smiles feel more like a family than a dental clinic.
Dr. Tomlinson is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry (go Huskies!) and continues her education every year, studying the latest advances in cosmetic, restorative, and family dentistry.
She and her husband, Bill, have been married 8 years and they have two children.
Dr. Tomlinson is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the Pierce County Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Jeannie, Dental Assistant
I have been in dentistry for 27 years, Dentistry has given me the opportunity to use my counseling education. I have a strong desire to make a difference in others lives through their smile. I feel very fortunate to work with a qualified and dedicated dental team that always has the patient’s needs as a priority. I love this profession, because it still excites and challenges me.
Heidi, Dental Hygienist
I graduated from the Clark College of Dental Hygiene in 2006, and completed my Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene at Eastern Washington University. I enjoy my chosen profession very much. It is a pleasure to work in an office where the common goal is to help our patients obtain and appreciate optimum dental health.
